Privacy Policy

Model Hustle ("we," "us"), a 360ism Publish title, operates modelhustle.com and its connected services: the Portal (port.modelhustle.com), the Book roster and booking platform (book.modelhustle.com), profile links (go.modelhustle.com), the Suite tools including ModelDesk and SetShield, and Model Hustle for Agencies (agency.modelhustle.com). This one policy applies to models, clients, and visitors across all of them. We hold information people would not want mishandled — photographs, contact details, physical measurements, rates, and stated working boundaries — so this page explains exactly what we collect, what we show publicly, what we never show, and how to get it removed.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Model Hustle is published by 360ism. For any privacy question or request, email forms@modelhustle.com from the address on your profile or account.

2. What we collect from models

When you apply to the roster or edit your profile, we collect what you choose to enter:

• Identity and contact — stage name, email address, phone number (optional), city and state.
• Professional details — experience level, specialties, rates, minimum booking, travel radius, cities worked, credits, and links you include.
• Physical attributes — height, measurements, sizing, hair, eyes, body type, tattoos and piercings. These exist because clients book on them. Every one is optional.
• Working boundaries — what you will and will not shoot.
• Media — photographs you upload and links to video hosted elsewhere.
• Identity verification — new models verify a government ID with a live selfie through Didit (free) or Stripe Identity (a $2 fee the model pays to Stripe). That company sees your ID photo and selfie; we never receive or store them. We keep your legal name, date of birth, which company checked you, the check's reference number, the result and the date. Your public profile only ever shows your modeling name and the Identity verified and 18+ badges.
• Membership — the plan you chose and, if you subscribe, the Stripe identifiers and subscription status needed to unlock the right features.

ID checks and your face. The selfie and face match in an ID check are biometric checks. Didit or Stripe runs them under its own privacy policy and the consent screen it shows you before you start. They are used for one thing: confirming you are the real person on the ID and that you are 18 or older. We never receive your face data and do not use it for anything else.

3. What we do to your photos before anyone sees them

Every uploaded image is re-encoded and stripped of embedded metadata, including GPS coordinates, before it is stored. Phone cameras routinely record where a photo was taken. We remove that. This is not optional and it applies to every upload.

4. What is public and what is not

Public on an approved profile: stage name, city and state, photographs, video, specialties, experience, the physical attributes you entered, rates, boundaries, credits, and public social handles. A profile is not public until it is approved, and you can ask us to hide or remove it at any time.

Never public: your email address, your phone number, your street address, your private profile link, and your verification records. Clients reach you through a booking request that comes to us first.

5. What we collect from clients and brands

Name, email, phone (optional), company, and the details of any booking request or brief — including the usage terms, licensing period, territory, exclusivity, and AI-training permission you specify. Those terms are recorded because they are the agreement. If you buy booking credits or the Agency plan we store the Stripe identifiers and your request balance.

6. What we collect automatically

• Standard server logs kept by our host (IP address, browser type, pages requested).
• Profile view counts, kept as daily totals rather than individual visitor records.
• Clicks on go.modelhustle.com profile links: the link used, the channel, referring page, browser user-agent, and timestamp, so models can see where their traffic comes from.
• Activity on private client presentations that agencies send, as described in section 9.
• On modelhustle.com only, Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) measures site traffic in aggregate — pages viewed, referring sources, device type. Google sets its own cookies for this and processes the data under its terms; we do not use it for advertising and it does not identify you to us. You can block it with a browser setting or extension without affecting the site. The booking platform at book.modelhustle.com uses only the cookies needed to function.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

7. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them. We store only Stripe's reference identifiers (customer, subscription, and payment IDs) and the status of a transaction so the right features unlock. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what they hold.

Booking deposits. When a client pays a booking deposit, the card payment is made on the model's own Stripe account. We keep the deposit amount, its status and Stripe's reference numbers — never the card number.

8. SetShield records

If you use SetShield we store the releases, usage terms, and takedown records you create. If you subscribe to SetShield V3, the public URLs of your portfolio photos are sent to Google Cloud Vision for web detection so we can look for copies of your images online; Google processes them under its own terms. We store the matching pages found, your approved-site list, and the alerts we sent you.

9. Agencies and management companies

Model Hustle for Agencies (agency.modelhustle.com) lets reviewed agencies, management boutiques and independent managers run a roster, receive project briefs and send private client presentations. This is what it collects and why.

• Agency applications and verification — the organization's name, legal name, business address, website, official email and phone, coverage area, and the name, title, email and phone of the person applying. To review an application we may ask for business evidence such as a registration or DBA document. Those files are stored outside the website, can be opened only by Model Hustle's administrator, and are deleted automatically 180 days after upload. When we check the identity of an agency's representative, we record that the check passed, the date and how it was done (for example, the ID check company's reference number); we do not keep ID images from that check.
• Agency team accounts — each staff member's name, email address and role. Sign-in is by emailed link. We keep a log of changes made in the workspace: who made them, when, and from which IP address.
• Representation — a model appears on an agency's roster only after accepting that relationship from their own Model Hustle account. We keep the terms the model accepted (categories, territory, exclusivity and dates) and the history of any changes, so either side can see what was agreed.
• Client briefs — when a client sends a brief from an agency's page, we collect the client's name, email, phone (optional), company, project details, dates, location, budget, intended usage, license period and territory, AI-training permission, the talent they asked about, and the IP address the brief was sent from, which we use to prevent spam and abuse. The brief goes to that agency's team.
• Client presentations — an agency can send a client a private link to a selection of its models. When that link is used we record that it was opened, which profiles were viewed or shortlisted, and which PDFs (compsheets and comp cards) were downloaded, with the time. Visitors are counted with a short one-way code made from their IP address and browser, which changes every day; we do not store the IP address or a name with this activity, and we ignore known bots and link-preview tools. The agency sees totals such as opens, visitors and views per model, and receives an email the first time a presentation is opened. If the client sends back a shortlist, we collect the name, email, comment and IP address they submit.

Agencies may use model and client information only to coordinate the work it was shared for, and may not export, resell or scrape it. Internal notes an agency writes are never shown to clients or models.

10. How we use it

• To run the roster: review applications, publish approved profiles, and route booking requests to the right model.
• To operate subscriptions and credits: activate and deactivate ModelDesk Pro, SetShield, credits, and the Agency plan automatically when billing starts, lapses, or is cancelled.
• To send transactional email: application and brief confirmations, approval emails with your profile and private links, and billing links you request. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
• To generate release and takedown paperwork you ask for, and to run SetShield V3 monitoring you have subscribed to.
• To keep the platform safe: prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

11. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers who make the platform work: our web host, which stores the site and its database; Stripe, for payments and, if you choose it, ID checks; Didit, for free ID checks; our email delivery provider, for transactional messages; Google, for the aggregate analytics described above and, for SetShield V3 subscribers, Cloud Vision image matching; and — if you are a model — the clients who contact you through your profile. If you are a model, an agency receives your profile and the representation terms you accepted only after you accept that agency, and a brief or shortlist a client sends from an agency page or presentation goes to that agency's team. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of our users.

12. How long we keep things

• Active profiles and accounts — for as long as you keep them.
• Removed profiles — taken offline immediately and held in a private quarantine that is not reachable from the web for 30 days, so a removal made in error can be undone. After 30 days the profile and every stored image file are permanently deleted, along with linked records.
• Booking and license records — retained while the license period is live, because they are the evidence of what was agreed.
• Billing records — kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.
• Agency verification evidence (business registration or similar documents) — deleted automatically 180 days after upload.
• Client presentation activity (opens, profile views, shortlists and downloads) — deleted after 12 months.
• Agency briefs and client shortlists — kept as the agency's booking records while its account is open; a client can ask us to delete theirs at any time.
• Legal name and date of birth from an ID check — kept while your account exists and erased when the profile is permanently deleted. If an ID check shows someone is under 18, we keep neither their name nor their birth date — only a one-way code that cannot be turned back into either.

13. Your rights and choices

You can see, correct, or delete your own profile information at any time through your private profile link, and cancel ModelDesk Pro or SetShield V3 at book.modelhustle.com/manage-billing.php (cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period). You can also email forms@modelhustle.com from your profile email to request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask for permanent deletion. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honor these requests regardless of where you live.

14. Age requirement

Model Hustle is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to apply to the roster, book a model, or use any of our services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we remove any such profile or information on discovery. If an ID check shows an applicant is under 18, the application is declined automatically and cannot be approved. This is not optional.

15. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Private pages are reachable only through a private link, uploads cannot execute code, administrative access is password-protected, and payment handling keeps card details off our servers entirely. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so use a strong, unique password on the email account attached to your profile. We will tell you promptly if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data.

16. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, for significant changes affecting members with active profiles or accounts, notify you by email.
