Privacy Policy

Model Hustle ("we," "us"), a 360ism Publish title, operates modelhustle.com and its connected services: the Portal (port.modelhustle.com), the Book roster and booking platform (book.modelhustle.com), profile links (go.modelhustle.com), and the Suite tools including ModelDesk and SetShield. This one policy applies to models, clients, and visitors across all of them. We hold information people would not want mishandled — photographs, contact details, physical measurements, rates, and stated working boundaries — so this page explains exactly what we collect, what we show publicly, what we never show, and how to get it removed.

1. Who we are and how to reach us

Model Hustle is published by 360ism. For any privacy question or request, email forms@modelhustle.com from the address on your profile or account.

2. What we collect from models

When you apply to the roster or edit your profile, we collect what you choose to enter:

Identity and contact — stage name, email address, phone number (optional), city and state.
Professional details — experience level, specialties, rates, minimum booking, travel radius, cities worked, credits, and links you include.
Physical attributes — height, measurements, sizing, hair, eyes, body type, tattoos and piercings. These exist because clients book on them. Every one is optional.
Working boundaries — what you will and will not shoot.
Media — photographs you upload and links to video hosted elsewhere.
Verification status — whether we have confirmed your identity and that you are 18 or older. We record the status, the date, and who verified it — not the documents.
Membership — the plan you chose and, if you subscribe, the Stripe identifiers and subscription status needed to unlock the right features.

3. What we do to your photos before anyone sees them

Every uploaded image is re-encoded and stripped of embedded metadata, including GPS coordinates, before it is stored. Phone cameras routinely record where a photo was taken. We remove that. This is not optional and it applies to every upload.

4. What is public and what is not

Public on an approved profile: stage name, city and state, photographs, video, specialties, experience, the physical attributes you entered, rates, boundaries, credits, and public social handles. A profile is not public until it is approved, and you can ask us to hide or remove it at any time.

Never public: your email address, your phone number, your street address, your private profile link, and your verification records. Clients reach you through a booking request that comes to us first.

5. What we collect from clients and brands

Name, email, phone (optional), company, and the details of any booking request or brief — including the usage terms, licensing period, territory, exclusivity, and AI-training permission you specify. Those terms are recorded because they are the agreement. If you buy booking credits or the Agency plan we store the Stripe identifiers and your request balance.

6. What we collect automatically

Standard server logs kept by our host (IP address, browser type, pages requested).
Profile view counts, kept as daily totals rather than individual visitor records.
Clicks on go.modelhustle.com profile links: the link used, the channel, referring page, browser user-agent, and timestamp, so models can see where their traffic comes from.
On modelhustle.com only, Google Analytics (loaded through Google Tag Manager) measures site traffic in aggregate — pages viewed, referring sources, device type. Google sets its own cookies for this and processes the data under its terms; we do not use it for advertising and it does not identify you to us. You can block it with a browser setting or extension without affecting the site. The booking platform at book.modelhustle.com uses only the cookies needed to function.

We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.

7. Payments

Payment processing is handled by Stripe. Card numbers never reach our servers and we cannot see them. We store only Stripe's reference identifiers (customer, subscription, and payment IDs) and the status of a transaction so the right features unlock. Stripe's own privacy policy governs what they hold.

8. SetShield records

If you use SetShield we store the releases, usage terms, and takedown records you create. If you subscribe to SetShield V3, the public URLs of your portfolio photos are sent to Google Cloud Vision for web detection so we can look for copies of your images online; Google processes them under its own terms. We store the matching pages found, your approved-site list, and the alerts we sent you.

9. How we use it

To run the roster: review applications, publish approved profiles, and route booking requests to the right model.
To operate subscriptions and credits: activate and deactivate ModelDesk Pro, SetShield, credits, and the Agency plan automatically when billing starts, lapses, or is cancelled.
To send transactional email: application and brief confirmations, approval emails with your profile and private links, and billing links you request. We do not send marketing email without your consent.
To generate release and takedown paperwork you ask for, and to run SetShield V3 monitoring you have subscribed to.
To keep the platform safe: prevent fraud, abuse, and unauthorized access.

10. Who we share it with

We share data only with the service providers who make the platform work: our web host, which stores the site and its database; Stripe, for payments; our email delivery provider, for transactional messages; Google, for the aggregate analytics described above and, for SetShield V3 subscribers, Cloud Vision image matching; and — if you are a model — the clients who contact you through your profile. We may disclose information if the law requires it or to protect the safety of our users.

11. How long we keep things

Active profiles and accounts — for as long as you keep them.
Removed profiles — taken offline immediately and held in a private quarantine that is not reachable from the web for 30 days, so a removal made in error can be undone. After 30 days the profile and every stored image file are permanently deleted, along with linked records.
Booking and license records — retained while the license period is live, because they are the evidence of what was agreed.
Billing records — kept as long as tax and accounting rules require.

12. Your rights and choices

You can see, correct, or delete your own profile information at any time through your private profile link, and cancel ModelDesk Pro or SetShield V3 at book.modelhustle.com/manage-billing.php (cancellation takes effect at the end of the paid period). You can also email forms@modelhustle.com from your profile email to request a copy of what we hold, ask us to correct it, or ask for permanent deletion. Depending on where you live you may have additional rights under laws such as the GDPR or the CCPA; we honor these requests regardless of where you live.

13. Age requirement

Model Hustle is for adults. You must be at least 18 years old to apply to the roster, book a model, or use any of our services. We do not knowingly collect information from anyone under 18, and we remove any such profile or information on discovery.

14. Security

The site is served over HTTPS. Private pages are reachable only through a private link, uploads cannot execute code, administrative access is password-protected, and payment handling keeps card details off our servers entirely. No online service can guarantee perfect security, so use a strong, unique password on the email account attached to your profile. We will tell you promptly if we ever learn of a breach affecting your data.

15. Changes

If we change this policy in a meaningful way we will update the date above and, for significant changes affecting members with active profiles or accounts, notify you by email.
