These terms are an agreement between you and Model Hustle ("we," "us"), a 360ism Publish title, covering modelhustle.com and its connected services: the Portal (port.modelhustle.com), the Book roster and booking platform (book.modelhustle.com), go.modelhustle.com profile links, and the Suite tools including ModelDesk and SetShield. By applying to the roster, sending a booking request, subscribing, buying credits, or otherwise using the services, you agree to these terms and to our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use the services.
You must be at least 18 years old and able to enter a binding contract. By creating a profile or submitting a booking request you confirm both, and that everything you enter is accurate. We may decline, hide, suspend, or remove any application, profile, or account at our discretion, including to keep the platform safe and credible.
Model Hustle is a platform. We host profiles, route booking requests, publish education, and provide tools. We are not a modeling agency, a manager, an employer, or a party to any booking. We do not represent talent and we do not take a commission on rates agreed between a model and a client. Every booking, shoot, payment for a shoot, and working arrangement is made directly between the model and the client, and each of them is solely responsible for it. Where we provide managed casting or production as a paid service, that is a separate engagement described on our services page. We do not guarantee bookings, income, client quality, or outcomes, and both models and clients are responsible for vetting each other. Our safety content is educational information, not professional advice.
Your profile is reached through a private link rather than a password. Treat it like a password: anyone who has it can edit your profile. Do not post it publicly. Tell us immediately if you think it has been exposed and we will issue a new one. Applications are reviewed personally, typically within about 24 hours; approval is at our discretion.
You own your photographs and content. By publishing a profile you grant Model Hustle a non-exclusive, royalty-free, revocable license to host and display that content on your profile, in search results, on comp cards you generate, and in reasonable promotion of the platform itself (for example, featuring roster profiles on our pages). The license ends when you remove the content or your profile, except in copies already in circulation such as shared links or search caches. We do not sell your images, license them to third parties, or use them to train AI models.
Every booking request must state how the images will be used: the usage type, licensing period, territory, exclusivity, and whether AI or synthetic-media training is permitted. Those fields exist because they are the deal. Using images beyond what was agreed is a breach of these terms and, potentially, of the model's copyright and publicity rights. Extending a license, adding a territory, or using material for AI training after the fact requires a new agreement with the model.
We generate license and release records from the terms agreed on each booking, so both sides have the same document. SetShield is a toolkit, not a law firm: its releases, usage terms, and takedown notices are templates provided for convenience. They are not legal advice, we are not your attorney, and no attorney-client relationship is created. For binding legal certainty, have documents reviewed by a licensed attorney in your jurisdiction. SetShield comes in two tiers. SetShield Lite, included with ModelDesk Pro, keeps a record of what was agreed and turns it into a notice you can send; it does not scan the internet. SetShield V3 ($12/month) adds automated reverse-image monitoring using Google Cloud Vision web detection. Monitoring is a best-effort automated search: we do not guarantee that every copy of an image will be found, that takedown requests will succeed, or that scans run without interruption. V3 monitoring is activated on your account within 24 hours of subscribing.
Position in search and browse is not for sale. Results are ordered by recent activity. ModelDesk Pro adds features and a tier label; it does not buy a higher ranking, and we do not accept payment for placement.
You agree not to: break the law; misrepresent who you are or upload images of another person as your own; upload content you lack rights to; upload or link content involving anyone under 18; make sexual content or requests outside a model's stated boundaries; harass, threaten, or exploit other users; pressure anyone to change their boundaries on set; use the platform to arrange unlawful services; scrape, bulk-download, copy, or republish the roster or our content; probe or disrupt our systems; use another person's private link or account; or contact models for anything other than legitimate professional work. Reports of conduct on set are taken seriously. We may remove content and suspend or permanently remove any account, on either side of the platform, for a breach of this section, without notice where necessary.
The Model Hustle name, site design, guides, courses, and videos are ours or our licensors' and are protected by intellectual-property law. We give you a personal, non-transferable license to use them within the platform. You may not resell or republish them.
You may remove your profile at any time. A removed profile goes offline immediately and its images stop being served. It is held privately for 30 days so an accidental removal can be reversed, then permanently deleted along with every stored image. You can leave anytime by cancelling subscriptions through the billing portal and asking us to remove your profile. We may suspend or terminate access for breach of these terms, risk to other users, or legal necessity. Sections 7 and 11 through 16 survive termination.
The services are provided "as is" and "as available." We do not guarantee that a model will be booked, that a client will be satisfied, that a shoot will happen, or that either party will behave well. We verify what we reasonably can and say plainly what we have not verified. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we disclaim all warranties, express or implied, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement, and we do not warrant uninterrupted or error-free operation.
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Model Hustle will not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or for lost profits, bookings, data, or goodwill — including anything arising from dealings between models and clients, a cancellation, a dispute, or a breach of usage terms by a client. Our total liability for all claims in any 12-month period is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in that period or $100.
You agree to defend and hold us harmless from claims and costs (including reasonable attorney fees) arising from your content, your bookings or dealings with other users, content you upload that you did not have the right to use, or your breach of these terms.
These terms are governed by the laws of the Commonwealth of Virginia, USA, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Before filing any claim, you agree to contact us and give us 30 days to resolve the issue informally. Disputes that cannot be resolved informally will be brought in the state or federal courts located in Virginia, and both parties consent to their jurisdiction.
We may update these terms as the platform evolves. We will update the date above and, for material changes, notify members with active profiles or accounts by email. Continuing to use the services after a change takes effect means you accept the updated terms.
