Three Download Formats

Editable SVG Files

The SVG edition provides the greatest level of design flexibility. SVG files are scalable vector graphics that can be resized without losing quality.

Use the SVG files to:

• Change colors and graphic elements
• Reposition or resize design elements
• Replace names, measurements and contact information
• Adjust typography using fonts available on your computer
• Add photographs and customize the overall layout
• Export completed designs for print or digital use

SVG files are best edited in software such as Adobe Illustrator, Affinity Designer or Inkscape. Other programs may support SVG imports, but available editing features can vary.

Adobe Photoshop PSD Files

The PSD edition is designed for customers who prefer an Adobe Photoshop-based workflow.

Each PSD includes the following organized working layers:

• Text Reference – Retype with Type Tool
• Photo Placement Guides – Hide When Finished
• Background & Design

Use the photo-placement guides to position and crop your photographs. Once your images are properly placed, hide the guide layer and add the model’s information using Photoshop’s Type Tool.

The supplied reference typography is rasterized to maintain a consistent appearance across different Photoshop installations. The reference text is not live type, so names, measurements, agency information and contact details should be retyped using Photoshop’s Type Tool.

Adobe Photoshop is recommended for editing the PSD files. Other applications may open layered PSD documents, but layer behavior and appearance may vary.

High-Resolution PNG Files

The PNG edition provides flattened, high-resolution versions of every front and back layout.

PNG files are useful for:

• Previewing each design
• Creating quick digital mockups
• Adding additional text or graphics in an image editor
• Preparing simplified digital presentations
• Printing completed or customized layouts
• Working in programs that do not support SVG or PSD files

The PNG files can be opened in Adobe Photoshop, Photoshop Elements, Affinity Photo, Photopea, Canva and most standard image-editing applications.

Please note that PNG files are flattened. They do not include separate text, photo or design layers. Choose the SVG or PSD edition when you need more control over individual design elements.

Professional Print Specifications

Each comp-card layout is created using the following specifications:

• Document size: 5.75 × 8.75 inches
• Finished trim size: 5.5 × 8.5 inches
• Resolution: 300 PPI
• Pixel dimensions: 1725 × 2625 pixels
• Bleed: 0.125 inch on every side
• Orientation: Vertical
• Design: Coordinated front and back

The additional bleed area allows photographs, colors and background elements to extend beyond the finished edge of the card. This helps prevent unwanted white borders after trimming.

Keep names, measurements, contact details, logos and important parts of photographs safely inside the finished trim area. Always confirm your printer’s preferred file format, bleed, color profile and export requirements before placing an order.
